Charism Garden, Catholic College Sale
The Charism (spiritual gift) garden forms the main forecourt and entry point for the redeveloped St Patricks building at Catholic College Sale. The garden represents the uniting of Marist and Sion charisms. Elements of these traditions are referenced in the symbols, materials and plant palette of the garden. A central water feature represents the Marist concept of “water from the rock”. More than 80 plant species from Mediterranean Jerusalem, Central France and the indigenous floodplains of Sale make up the different plant communities in the space.
